Chiang Mai Based Helicopter EC-130 T2
We charter out our Chiang Mai based EC-130 T2 at the rate of 78,750 THB/flight hour (exclusive of 7%V.A.T). Once you indicate to us what the mission is, we will propose you with the estimation which you can amend or adjust to fit your requirement and constraints. Estimation will include ferry flight (a flight that the helicopter starts from the base to pick you up and fly back to the base after dropping you off), and mission flight time. There will be a minimum charge of 30 minutes and fraction of an hour will be calculated pro-rata thereafter.
Waiting time will also be included in the quotation, if required, at 2,625 THB/ 30 minutes and fraction of 30 minutes will be rounded up to 30 minutes. Overnight stopover will be quoted on a case by case basis. Once the estimation is mutually agreed, a Quotation will be submitted to you for your acceptance. Flight time charge will be fixed as indicated in the quotation that is it will not vary in accordance with the actual flight time
Should there be any additional charges incurred such as landing fees, CAAT permit fees, it will also be stated clearly in our quotation.

Delay:
Delay of a total mission time, which is caused by waiting time, is allowed up to 15 minutes without penalty. Delay penalty of 2,625 THB/15 minutes will be applied when the delay exceeds the allowable time. Fraction of 15 minutes will be rounded up to 15 minutes. We would make our best effort to accommodate your delay beyond one hour which is subject to aircraft availability. Your maximum delay time will be advised prior to your mission.
Reschedule:
Reschedule is accepted without charge 24 hours prior to scheduled mission time. A fee of 17,500 THB will be applied if request for the reschedule is received between 30 minutes and 24 hours prior to the scheduled mission time. Rescheduled itinerary must be within 30 days from the original mission date. Amendable itinerary can only be confirmed subject to aircraft availability. No reschedule will be accepted shorter than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled mission time and it will be treated as cancellation.
In the event that the mission is rescheduled due to Force Majeure Event, or prohibited by weather conditions, or due to late incoming flight of Charterer, there will be no penalty (Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee) applied. If the rescheduled itinerary becomes impossible or impractical, a refund (net of Bank fees) will be returned to the Charterer.
